I designed this piece in Photoshop when I had the idea that I wanted to create something symbolic of my life in Atlanta. I was born and raised here, and over the past 25 years I have developed deep roots connecting me to this ever-growing, ever-progressive and blossoming city. I knew I wanted to incorporate the classic view of the skyline that you can see from the Jackson Street bridge (most famously seen in the artwork for The Walking Dead, which was filmed here) and I wanted to electrify it with a lot of different colors to recognize the amazing diversity found in this urban center. If you're from Atlanta, you know this is a special place, and I invite you to celebrate the roots you have here too.
